My name is Aziz Zouein, and together with family and friends, we launched the Keserwan Youth Gathering—a grassroots initiative aimed at providing critical support to families in need across Keserwan, Lebanon.
Together, We Rose After the Blast
In the aftermath of the devastating blast in Lebanon, something extraordinary happened. Just one or two weeks after the tragedy, we—a group of friends, family, and neighbors—came together, determined to help those in need.
We began by cooking 3,000 meals every single day, ensuring that no one in our community went hungry. For over a month, we continued this effort, delivering food, water, and essential supplies to families who had lost so much.
But our work didn’t stop there. We listened to the needs of the people—repairing homes, providing water, and supporting recovery efforts in any way we could. Every act of kindness was a step toward healing and rebuilding lives.
